Investors from China have been presented a project called "Stroganov Park" intended to be constructed in the village of Zuyata, Perm Territory. The businessmen are offered to invest into the construction of a hotel, restaurant and other facilities. In exchange for this, the Chinese will be afforded an opportunity to live and work in an environmentally friendly place.
After investment are made, the transfer of the lands accommodating the eco-settlement into their ownership will be considered, according to Business Class quoting Sergey Brovtsev, the CEO of the company being in charge of developing the project. Furthermore, the investors will have an option to participate in a joint-venture Russian-Chinese agricultural enterprise.
For the time being, preparations are ongoing in Zuyata for erecting "Stroganov Park". Area planning is a season-wise mission.
