Their potential production in the island region was discussed between the Governor and Masatosi Kosiura, the CEO of Kosiura Pipe. In 2015, the company supplied 2 pilot greenhouses to Teplichny State Farm and Konstantinov peasant farm enterprise. The products were highly appreciated by the Sakhalin agricultural producers. Oleg Kozhemyako believes that it is about time to switch over from presentations to permanent cooperation. Now, it is required to arrange for the purchase of greenhouse film from Japan while the manufacturing of steel work needs to be set up in Sakhalin.
