A group of Finnish investors is purchasing a controlling stake in Aydadom.

It is known already that the company's name as well as its entire top management personnel will change. Kai Sipponen will be appointed as new CEO of the company.

The Finnish investors are going to purchase 51% shares in the company. It is intended that the price of the transaction will be disclosed in two days after the official press conference takes place.

We remind that Aydadom was founded in 2009. For the 6 years of its operation, the company has sold more than 2,000 land plots and housing projects. The company almost completely sold 4 cottage estates in the Lomonosovsky District and 1 estate in the Vsevolzhsk District (the total number of properties exceeds 1,000).

Today, the company is among leaders of the Leningrad Region's suburban market in terms of land assets and number of projects being implemented. These include more than 500 hectares or 500,000 square meters of designed residential space.
