Russian heavy machine-building enterprise «RailTransHolding» and the largest European machinery producer Bedeschi S.p.A will set up joint venture company with JSC Heavy Engineering ORMETO-YUMZ.
YUMZ provides all manufacturing stages from metal smelting to final products output. It is planned to produce different high-tech products for heavy engineering and mining equipment.
