Air Products, a U.S. company, will open the industrial gas plant in Novoaleksandrovka, Rostov Region, in September 2016 according to the Governor's Press Office.

The construction of the facility commenced in summer 2014. "Approaching the final project implementation stage, I can absolutely definitely say that we chose the Rostov Region for our Russia's largest investment for a good reason", Michael Heavy, the CEO of the company, said.

Air Products is one of the world's leaders in producing industrial gases. Air Products' Rostov Region project is the company's largest investment in Russia (RUB 1.1 billion). The company ranks among "the Big Four" of the leading global producers of industrial gases, being the world's largest supplier of hydrogen and helium.
