Agrostroj Pelhrimov about to invest RUB 4.4 billion for plant construction in Voronezh Region

The management of Agrostroj Pelhrimov, a Czech company, has decided to invest RUB 4.4 billion to construct a plant in the Voronezh Region. The facility will manufacture agricultural machinery in the Region's Bobrovsky District. The first investment flows for the construction will be released as early as in the middle of this year to be followed by the commencement of construction operations.

The first design for the plant was developed in 2013. Subsequently, deadlines were postponed several times due to the degradation of economic situation in the country with Czech investors being apprehensive about a potential collapse of the Russian financial system and reluctant to invest their capitals to construct the industrial site. Only in 2015, top managers realized that the Russian financial system is in a relatively stable condition and it will withstand any potential turmoils.

Czech Agrostroj Pelhrimov controls several investment entities providing finance to production projects not only in Russia but also in Czech Republic.
