A representative office of the Center for Europe Investments Development & Management (China) will commence the reconstruction of Druzhba Trade Center located at the Novoslobodskaya Street in Moscow in 2016, as stated in a message published on the homepage of the Moscow Committee for Investment Project Implementation and Shared Construction Supervision (Moskomstroyinvest).
The reconstruction will take 12 months. The investor is finalizing initial permits.
A draft of a land plot development plan (LPDP) for the reconstruction of this facility was approved in 2014 at a meeting of Moscow Urban Planning and Land Commission, as stated in the permits.
The area of the existing facility is 16.69 thousand square meters to reach 18.838 thousand square meters after the reconstruction. The investor needs to increase the total area to accommodate a leisure and entertainment area, pharmacy, catering facilities and recreational compounds.
