Representatives of Titan Group have discussed cooperation prospects with GAIIT, an Italian agroindustrial group, in the headquarters of the Omsk Region's Agency for Development and Investments.
The Omsk Region's Agency for Development and Investments held a roundtable discussion on the 2nd of February this year to raise Italian financing to fuel investment projects to be implemented by Omsk agroindustrial enterprises. The discussion was attended by enterprises planning to implement such projects. Hasan YAKHIN, the Director of the Moscow Headquarters of Gruppo Agroindustriale Italiano (GAIIT), a united Italian agroindustrial group of companies, participated in the discussion involving specialists of the Agency and representatives of Omsk-based businesses through video teleconference communication.
GAIIT agroindustrial group joins together leading Italian companies manufacturing equipment for the agroindustrial and food industries. The group specializes in supporting investment projects and helps establish cooperation with Italian investors and banks. GAIIT group has proposed several options for Italian financing: bank guarantee, insurance and creation of a joint-venture. Omsk enterprises have taken interest in the potential creation of a joint venture which, as promised by Italian partners, will open access to financial resources on conditions set by Italian banks.
