Czech Branorus has opened new production and storage shops in the city of Kstov, Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The company has been involved in the production of vehicle components in Kstov since 1999. Today, the plant makes locks for GAZel, brake and clutch pedals for Volkswagen and Skoda and seat frames for Nissan Tiida.

According to Pavel Yurzhichek, the owner of the company, the entity is now preparing a large-scale project to introduce new automated strings for Ford.

As noted by the Czech Republic's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Russia Vladimir Remek, this is going to be the third facility co-owned by a Czech party in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

"I hope very much that despite some external challenges, our cooperation will develop. I'm not aware of a single case when a Czech company has left Russia for some political or ideological reasons. We are permanently interested in local markets", he said.

Immediately following the opening of the new workshops they were visited by Governor Valery Shantsev. "We are also actively upgrading the existing industrial potential and constructing greenfield capacities. It is important that we open at least one major facility annually. We opened Rusvinil in 2014 and A.Raymod Rus was launched in 2015", he noted.

We remind that the new capacities of LLC Branorus represent the second innovative project opened in the Nizhny Novgorod Region after the beginning of 2016. On the 28^th of January, a new plastics processing string was commissioned in Dzerzhinsk by corporate investor Volga United Processing Company.
