It is China that Bashkir beekeepers are strengthening cooperation with nowadays. And a facility that will produce medicines for bees is going to be constructed in Ufa shortly. The Bashkir Investment House has already been created bearing this in mind to receive finance from China.

The medications will help producers improve the quality of their honey and expand their bee-farming product range. As at today the Bashkir facility produces more than 100 types of products, including 40 cosmetic preparations. Furthermore, the facility has been refurbished recently and purchased equipment that will increase cosmetic output 10 times.

Bashkir honey has become so popular that it is counterfeited frequently. Counterfeit products can be met both in Russia and abroad.

To prevent counterfeit Bashkir brand honeys from hitting store shelves abroad, our producers have registered their products with the Russian customs. According to beekeepers, this will allow barring counterfeit products and making Bashkir honey more recognizable.
