A German clothing brand opens the second store in Saint Petersburg

A new store of German Tom Tailor has opened in Petersburg's Zhemchuzhnaya Plaza Mall. Tom Tailor's causal men's and women’s fashion lines are presented in a 220 square meters area. A total of RUB 8 million (net of commodity component) was invested to open the store.

As at the beginning of 2016, Tom Tailor had 21 stores belonging to its own chain in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Krasnodar. Of these, 19 stores were opened during 2015. Apart from this, 62 stores operate in Russia and former CIS countries on a franchising basis.

Tom Tailor trademark was founded in 1962. In 1980, the company started making clothing for women and children with its first brand shop opening in 1994. Nowadays, TT Group has its own retail chain comprised of 1,402 stores, including online shops operating in 21 countries of the world, 206 franchise shops, 2,722 in-shop stores and 8,500+ multibrand points of sale. The company has a footprint in 35 countries.
