Valery Sarayev, the Head of Saratov's Administration, has presented a concept design contemplating the creation of a winter sports and entertainment facility in vicinity of the Victory Park.
The 32 hectare facility will extend to the Makhanny Gully and 2 existing water pieces of water. The design contemplates the construction of a sports and recreation facility, 3 ski trails, a hotel, a car park and potentially a curling hall. Anticipatorily, the project will require a road to be constructed from Zaton.
A public tender will be arranged within a month. The investor will be offered to rent a land plot for 25 years. The starting price of the contract will be RUB 10 million and the contract will be subject to a specific condition requiring the contractor to reclaim waste deposit lands.
