According to the GDP Quadrat, the project developer, the Uzbek and Russian company intends to invest RUB 350 mln in the construction of the cosmetics plant to be erected inside an industrial district.
Representatives of Eñlair Cosmetic say the company is going to import necessary ingredients in Russia free of any duties or VAT, produce locally and make exports abroad.
STUPINO QUADRATE Industrial District is located 73 km from Moscow and is Russia's only private special economic zone.
