RUB 50 mln will be invested by Czech businessmen to develop a new enterprise in Vologda. A shop producing equipment for oil producers has been opened today in the regional capital. No region of Russia manufactures similar items.
"I would like to wish much success to the enterprise and Vologda. I am very glad that a Czech-and-Russian company participates in the project. The Vologda Region is a top priority for us", Mr. Karel Kunl, Consul General of the Czech Republic in St. Petersburg, said.
The company was founded by GB Plus, a Czech company specializing in producing equipment used to install oil pumps. Premises for manufacturing variable-frequency drives were provided by SKDM, a Vologda-based company.
