On Tuesday, November 24, German companies–members of German-Russian Chamber of Commerce visited the Tula Region within the framework of their business mission.
Representatives of the Tula Region government, heads of Tula enterprises engaged in mechanic engineering, construction, energy savings and logistic services together with the representatives of German companies “TCA International Logistics Network GmbH”, “Wolf GmbH”, “BLG Cargo Logistics GmbH” (logistics), “Enviro-Chemie GmbH”, “Ruukki Rus”, LLC “Pilz Rußland”, “GK Statut LTD”, “Nopa Industriearmaturen GmbH” and others participated at the conference.
Member of the delegation examined basic characteristics of industrial park “Uzlovaya” – largest one in the Central Russia. The park has beneficial logistic location on federal track M-4 “Don”, provided with engineering and transport infrastructure. “Great Wall Motors” is a key resident therein. Automobile factory manufacturing vehicles under brand “Haval” will be put into operation in 2017. Volume of investments into the project will make up RUR 26 billion.
Upon completion of the meeting’s business part there was a session of questions and answers where representatives of German businesses and Tula enterprises discussed prospects of further cooperation.
German companies “Heidelberg Cement Group”, “Top Werk GmbH” and “Knauf” have already been successfully developing their projects in the region.
