Hilton and Domina to Invest RUR 3.5 Billion into Construction of Hotels in Tyumen

Independent holding Hilton Worldwide Holdings together with Domina network will invest RUR 3.5 Billion into development of hotels in the Tyumen Region. Approximately 330 new working places to appear at the labor market due to the projects implementation.



Hilton and Domina to Invest RUR 3.5 Billion into Construction of Hotels in Tyumen


Independent holding Hilton Worldwide Holdings together with Domina network will invest RUR 3.5 Billion into development of hotels in the Tyumen Region. Approximately 330 new working places to appear at the labor market due to the projects implementation.


Investment project related to reconstruction and rebranding of “Tyumen” hotel is already at the stage of implementation and will be completed by the end of the year. After receiving investments amounting to RUR 1 Billion the hotel will change its name to Double Tree By Hilton. The number of rooms will be cut from 230 to 195 due to expansion of their floor space. Hampton by Hilton network is also involved in construction of a new hotel in Tyumen with 136 rooms. Investments into the project will reach RUR 500 million. The hotel will be launched in 2017.


International operator Domina has already invested RUR 2 billion into a hotel construction. The hotel will start its operation by the end 2017. It will have 190 rooms of various types.
