Plant specializing in manufacture of bakery yeast will be constructed in Dankovsky district of the Region. Project at the cost of about RUR 5 billion is expected to be paid within short period of time. Apart from bakery yeast the plant will also produce organic fertilizers. Total production volume is to reach 50 thousand tonnes a year. "Angel Yeast Co. Ltd" - one of the top-3 largest yeast manufactures in the world will act in the capacity of project investor. Preliminary agreement with the Lipetsk Region Management was reached in March, in course of Chinese delegation visit to the region.
