Danish-Swedish company Arla Foods and Russian milk holding "Molvest"  launched a butter cream production line at their factory in the Voronezh Region with the capacity of up to 9 thousand tonnes a year.

Danish-Swedish company Arla Foods and Russian milk holding "Molvest" launched a butter cream production line at their factory in the Voronezh Region with the capacity of up to 9 thousand tonnes a year. Volume of investments made up RUR 60 million.


Joint enterprise - cheese plant with the volume of investments above RUR 800 million was put into operation by Arla Foods and milk holding "Molvest", based in the Voronezh Region in February 2014. Same year cheese production reached 4 thousand tonnes. Business plan for the year 2015 - 6 thousand tonnes.


"Molvest" company was established in 1992 and occupies the 3rd place in Russia in terms of milk processing. "Molvest" turnover according to the company reports made up RUR 15.4 bln in 2014 and is expected to reach RUR 19.4 bln in 2015.


Arla Foods is a large Danish-Swedish dairy foods producer. The company's headquarters are located in Aarhus (Denmark). Arla Foods occupies the 3rd place in Europe in terms of dairy foods sales and production. The Company's annual turnover exceeds EUR 6.5 bln.
