Italian investors will build a €40-million cardio center in Bryansk. Italian company The Policlinico Di Monza Group is ready to invest more than €40 million in cardio center in Bryansk. The center will be created at the premises of a municipal clinic.

The authorities of the city and the regional health department have already had negotiations on the clinic construction. Today the decision has been made in Bryansk that the parties will sign an investment agreement on the cardio center construction in the nearest future.

Alexander Khlimankov, the Head of Bryansk, told that the city had a vascular center at the premises of the regional hospital where a lot of cardiovascular surgeries are performed. Nevertheless, Bryansk patients have bypass surgeries in Moscow or St. Petersburg clinics and these services are paid from the federal quota. “The creation of such center will allow patients to have a necessary treatment in Bryansk. It is possible that the patients from the neighboring regions will also come to Bryansk to get a high-technology treatment”, said Alexander Khlimankov.

The Policlinico Di Monza Group has eight clinics in Italy. In 2012, the company opened a clinic specializing in complex surgeries in Bucharest.
