Latvian company will launch production in Russia

Latvian company Felzer plans to set up the production of different equipment types in the special economic zone (SEZ) “Moglino” in Pskov region by investing 318 million rubles (ˆ4.67 million). The corresponding agreement of intent was signed on Thursday at the meeting of the supervisory council of the SEZ “Moglino”.

Latvian company Felzer plans to set up the production of different equipment types in the special economic zone (SEZ) “Moglino” in Pskov region by investing 318 million rubles (€4.67 million). The corresponding agreement of intent was signed on Thursday at the meeting of the supervisory council of the SEZ “Moglino”.


The general director of Felzer Rus Edward Boze told that the plant in “Moglino” would produce centralized multizone air condition systems as well as ventilation systems and precision air conditioners. According to him, the sales geography is rather large and includes Sweden, Germany, Italy and Finland. In 2016, at the first stage, the plant in the SEZ “Moglino” will have a total cooling capacity of 7,000 kW (63.9 million rubles) and when fully operational – 106,868 kW (1 billion rubles). The planned amount of investments is 318 million rubles. In 2018 the plant will employ 75 workers, including 50 high-qualification workers.
