Danone invested more than 3 billion rubles in upgrading milk factory in Tyumen Region

Danone Group invested more than 3 billion rubles in upgrading Yalutorovsky milk factory in Tyumen Region. This factory is the company’s biggest milk factory in Russia. The upgrading calls for 3.8 billion rubles investments and will be completed in the first half of 2016.

Danone Group invested more than 3 billion rubles in upgrading Yalutorovsky milk factory in Tyumen Region. This factory is the company’s biggest milk factory in Russia. The upgrading calls for 3.8 billion rubles investments and will be completed in the first half of 2016. At the moment, the company constructs treatment facilities that will be completed in January.


Danone has operated in Russia since 1992. During this time, the company has invested more than €10 billion. The company invests in construction of new factories as well as in education, charity and social projects. In the summer of 2010, a merger of Russian milk company “Yunimilk” into Danone was announced. Today Danone Group produces the products under the brands of Danone, Activia, Actimel, Rastishka, Danissimo, Prostokvashino, Biobalans, Actuel, Smeshariki, Tyoma and others.
