“Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation” announced that it provides a 270-ha area of the industrial park “Hrabrovo” to investors. The land plots are provided for free use during the period of engineering and construction of production facilities.
The priority will be given to the investors that, in accordance with the opinion of the Council for Investment Climate Development in Kaliningrad Region, will create the growing points of the regional global product and new working positions with the wages 30% higher than the average wages in the region.
The industrial park “Hrabrovo” already has engineering services, the management company and the regime of the residents of the special economic zone.
