Norwegian Nordic to build shopping mall in Krasnodar Krai
Nordic Ltd, Norway, plans to build a 709-million rubles shopping mall in Abinsky district of Krasnodar Krai, reported Ivan Peronko, the Vice-Governor of Krasnodar Krai, at the meeting on the investment development in Krasnodar. After project is approved and the necessary documents are collected, the company will start the construction. The shopping mall will include retail stores, supermarket and entertaining zone with food spots and bowling.
Nordic and the regional authorities signed the agreement on shopping mall construction at the investment forum in Sochi in 2010. At that time the company planned to build nine shopping malls in Krasnodar Krai with total 7 billion rubles of investments.
Nordic Ltd is an association of Norwegian companies and private investors, engaged in building shopping malls, retail-parks and business centers. The representative of Nordic in Russia is Norwegian-funded company SBB.
