The SUE decides, whether to reconstruct or to wreck the building. At this stage foreign investors will be engaged and Odak is interested in project because it concerns the city center.

Konstantin Timofeev also mentioned that the projects implementation may begin in 2015. “If city institutions are competent, the documentation will be ready this year and the projects will be implemented. It’s only a matter of coordination”. Odak company also considers a possibility of participation in the construction of new transport hubs in Moscow.
